Mack is SO easy to work with, I immediately felt really comfortable with her and at ease throughout my boudoir session. Before the shoot we Facetimed and she helped me pick out a few pieces for the shoot & even gave me tips on how to style them. Our actual shoot was a complete BLAST. She let me pick the music and made sure I was totally comfortable before we started shooting. She knows the best angles, made sure the shots she was getting were flattering and focused on my favorite body parts and assets. I just received the album last night and I SCREAMED out loud – they are stunning and everything I wanted and more. Her edits are beautiful and her knowledge of color and light is incredible. Mackenzie is INCREDIBLE, I cannot recommend her enough. My fiance and I are not the most photogenic people, but she made it so easy. Leading up to the shoot she was super helpful and responsive and not to mention patient with all of my questions! At the shoot (which was in 100 degree heat and around a ton of people) she was super laid back yet in control which made the whole process so much easier. We immediately felt comfortable around her and had fun during the entire shoot. Our photos came back exceptionally quick, and I still cant stop looking at them! They far exceeded our expectations – how she managed to take such amazing pictures in our circumstances is beyond me! She has an unreal eye for unique shots and lighting. Each one of her shots are so dynamic and go far beyond your typical posed pictures (which we are not the best at). She brings out and captures love and passion and emotion – which is more than you could hope for from a photographer. She is truly an artist and you can tell she loves what she does. I can not say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Mack! I had been following her on social media for some time because I adored her style. When I saw that she would be in Kansas City I reached out and almost immediately got a response. She was sweet, flexible and incredibly helpful. She sent me an inspiration board as well as outfit inspiration for our shoot (super helpful). Needless to say, being pregnant isn’t always glamorous and you don’t always feel beautiful. She managed to make me feel totally comfortable and look stunning – I could not be happier with the outcome. In all honesty, these photos top my wedding photos! I wish I had known about her sooner and can only hope I will have the opportunity to work with her in the future.
